I have 38 years experience as a qualified registered nurse spending most of that time working with people with cancer or at the end of life within the NHS and several charities . I am also a Holistic Practitioner qualified in clinical aromatherapy, aromatherapy massage, Indian head massage and am currently undertaking a diploma in reflexology. I am an enthusiastic advocate of complementary and holistic approaches and understand the impact self-care has on our wellbeing and  the importance of living in the present moment.
