I have 40 years experience as a registered nurse spending most of that time working with people with cancer or at the end of life within the NHS, hospices and other charitable organisations.  I am also a Complementary Therapist  with   Level 3 Diplomas in Reflexology and Aromatherapy, and have completed accredited training in Complementary Therapies in Cancer Care, Indian Head Massage and Pregnancy Massage. I am an enthusiastic advocate of complementary and holistic approaches and understand the impact self-care has on our wellbeing and  the importance of living in the present moment. 

I am a full member of The Association of Reflexologists.

I am an advocate for continuous professional development and  am currently undertaking clinical reflexology training at Level 5 .
